Balloon Doesn't Blow the Right Way
To channel the air flow so you can direct it as you wish, tape or tie a large straw to the end of the balloon. Then use a rubber band or tape to attach the straw to the body of the car. Now you can point the air in any direction you wish. This also helps to keep the balloon on the car.
