Car Is too Heavy
The heavier the car, the harder it is to make it go. Just as a child can push a wago swiftly, a wago with another child in it slowly, and a car not at all, so with the balloon. It provides a limited amount of force. This is enough to drive a light car with little friction quite rapidly, but the same car loaded with decoration might not move at all. Sometimes, just removing some of the material, or making the car smaller, will be all that’s needed to make it go.
